The same 1600W AC output with 3200W surge, wireless charging pad, and broad MC4 solar compatibility carry over, with the battery capacity nearly doubled for longer runtime. At 1000 rated cycles, the GB2000's NMC battery is intended for emergency backup scenarios rather than daily cycling — charge it, store it maintained at partial charge (every 3–6 months per Generac's guidance), and rely on it when the grid fails.
