Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Ground: 5–7 business days — FREE
  • Freight / LTL (large generators): 5–7 business days — FREE

Delivery times are from ship date. Delays caused by weather or carrier issues are outside our control.

Freight Deliveries

Large generators ship via LTL freight carrier. Please note:

  • The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment — provide a valid phone number at checkout
  • Delivery is curbside (driver brings the item to the end of your driveway)
  • Inspect packaging before signing — note any visible damage on the delivery receipt

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and contact us within 48 hours. We will resolve the issue promptly.
